Bluebell began from a love of all things sweet, creative, and a little bit whimsical. What started as a small passion project has grown into a licensed home bakery here in Townsville, creating cakes, cookies, and sweet treats made with love and a whole lot of care.

The name Bluebell is inspired by my love for flowers, my favourite colour being blue, and a little nod to my nickname, Bel. I wanted Bluebell to feel like more than just a bakery — a place where every creation feels special, nostalgic, and full of personality.

After launching Bluebell just over a year ago, it has been so amazing to watch this little dream grow. From custom cakes and chunky cookies to workshops and local pop-ups, I feel incredibly lucky to be able to create treats for so many special moments. Every order that leaves my kitchen is made by me, with attention to detail and a genuine love for what I do.
